How the registry works
- Every flag is added by a verified member of the Sentinel team and attributed internally.
- Public results show the flag category, risk level and date — nothing more.
- The written reasoning and any supporting evidence stay private to the Sentinel team.
- Flags can be appealed and are removed when an appeal succeeds.
